Naval Integration Planner
**The Opportunity**:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. As a Naval Integration Planner, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, and planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders in maritime operations, command and control (C2), operational planning, and cross-echelon analysis on projects for United States Naval Forces Europe and Africa. You’ll use your skills and expertise to support planning at theater, operational, and tactical levels with a focus on maritime support to Combatant Command contingency and operational plans. Work with us to analyze complex systems, policies, and operations related to maritime support plans within the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) areas of responsibility. Develop schedules, plans of action and milestones, and key products for planning, coordination, collaboration, and presentation. Facilitate participation in exercises, experiments, and events to ensure the exploration, testing, and refinement of naval integration efforts. Provide expertise and analysis for doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as after-action reports (AARs). Recommend courses of action for C2, supporting relationships, authorities, and rules of engagement to enhance mission effectiveness. Monitor Functional Component Commander actions, such as apportionment of assets and tasking priorities, to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Analyze personnel and command and control requirements and capabilities to enable naval operations across the spectrum of conflict.

The world can’t wait. **You Have**: - Experience with supporting military planning at theater, operational, or tactical levels
- Experience with leading joint planning teams, operational planning teams, and battle rhythm events
- Experience in planning large-scale planning events with military headquarters staff elements
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Maritime Operational Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy organization and structure, including Fleet Operations and emerging concepts
- Knowledge of naval and joint doctrine, including Maritime Operations Center (MOC) processes
- Ability to coordinate across staff functions and command echelons
- Ability to brief senior-level customers, including flag officers
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree **Nice If You Have**: - Master’s degree
- Completion of the Maritime Operational Planners Course
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 and 2, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, Maritime Advanced Warfighting School, School of Advanced Warfighting, School of Advanced Military Studies,

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
