In this role you will lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation, overseeing end-to-end integrations across multiple countries and ensuring solid BAU support for Payroll, T&A and DMS. You translate business needs into technical specs, partner with vendors and enterprise architecture, and drive quality through testing and knowledge transfer. and architecture directionLead structured knowledge transfer during onboarding and document undocumented processes and decisions5-8 years of ICT HR systems experience (Payroll, T&A, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Planning) and integrationsExperience in multi-country ICT environments is a plusHands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Time), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll experienceFamiliarity with integration middleware; knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.G.
