ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this Global HSE Coordinator VIE role, you steer HSE rule setting and enforce policies across Faurecia Clean Mobility. You will lead group initiatives on safety, waste reduction, and ergonomics while coordinating with plants and divisions. You’ll consolidate lessons learned, ensure timely reporting, and maintain HSE communications and standards. This position offers international exposure, hands‑on process ownership, and a path to influence HSE culture across sites. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDefine global technical rules and audit procedures based on site events, collaborating with divisions and plants /liliSupport enforcement of HSE policies within the Business Group and organize workshops /liliLead deployment of Group initiatives such as Behavior Based Safety, PPE productivity,



and waste/chemicals reduction /liliMonitor global HSE alerts and transversal memos, and manage monthly and environmental reporting /liliCapitalize on lessons learned and good practices within FCM and the Group; propose updates to HSE standards /liliDevelop and maintain Ergonomics tools within FCM and manage internal HSE communications site /liliPerform tasks to raise HSE risk awareness at plants and support HSE-related hosting requests /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering /liliBasics in HSE (specialization recommended) /liliInternational mindset /liliBi‑lingual (English required) /liliTechnical expertise in machinery or chemicals (advantage) /liliFirst industry experience (advantage) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
