Overview:
Are you eager to discover how talent strategy comes to life in a global organization? We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our **Global Talent & People Development** team. This role is designed as a deep dive into the world of corporate growth, where you will learn the "why" and "how" behind large-scale people initiatives. As an integral part of our team, you will support the orchestration of our core development pillars, gaining hands-on experience in launching **Global Leadership Programmes** and shaping **Individual Development Journeys** for our key people worldwide. Main Activities & Responsibilities: - **Operational Support**: Learn the end-to-end execution of global training by assisting the team in program launches and session coordination.
- **Data Stewardship**: Develop a "data-first" mindset by helping maintain talent databases, ensuring development records are accurate and ready for strategic reporting.
- **Development Coordination**: Gain insight into the talent cycle by supporting the administration of assessment processes, Individual Development Plans and Global Talent Reviews.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Observe and assist in the partnership between our team, external providers, and internal participants to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
