This position offers broad exposure to Supply Chain planning activities and transformation initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the assessment, mapping, and documentation of end-to-end Demand Supply Planning processes, ensuring consistency and clear identification of improvement opportunities. /li liContribute to transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, harmonizing, and standardizing planning processes across different functions, systems,



and organizational areas. /li liIdentify process inefficiencies, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities, supporting the implementation of continuous improvement actions and best practices. /li libAct between Business stakeholders and ICT teams /b, helping translate business requirements into functional specifications and supporting the delivery of digital solutions. /li liCollaborate with Global Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate methodologies, governance models, planning standards, and transformation programs. /li liContributes to the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators, providing insights on process effectiveness, planning quality, service levels, and operational performance. /li liActivities, helping embed new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Behavioral Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical Mindset: Strong capability to analyze complex processes, identify root causes, and translate data into actionable insights. /li liContinuous Improvement Orientation: Proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, and process excellence. /li liCollaboration Teamwork: Strong cross-functional mindset with the ability to work effectively across Business, ICT, and Global teams. /li liProblem Solving: Structured and pragmatic approach to addressing challenges and managing competing priorities. /li liOwnership Accountability: Ability to take responsibility for deliverables, proactively manage activities,



and ensure execution excellence. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liEngineering Degree or similar experience /li liAt least 5 years of experience /li liSupply Chain Planning Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply capacity Planning, Production planning /li liProcess Mapping Business Process Management: Experience in documenting, analyzing, and redesigning end-to-end business processes using structured methodologies. /li liBusiness ICT Integration: Experience working at the interface between business functions and technology teams, supporting solution design and implementation. /li liPerformance Management KPI Design: Knowledge of planning and supply chain KPIs /li liData Analytics: Ability to analyze large datasets to support decisions and process improvements. /li liAdvanced Excel Reporting Tools: Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI /li liProject Management: Experience supporting cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. /li liRequired English proficiency: minimum B2 level /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 45.000 € to 51.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt bStellantis /b, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
