Job Title: Junior Software Engineer (Intern) Job
Location: Rome (Italy) Main Responsibilities: Lead integration and
delivery of complex software projects (e.g., OCS), acting as
technical leader/director, overseeing reviews, implementation, and
issue resolution. Design and implement integration strategies,
covering deployment, configuration, testing, data migration,
training, and project acceptance for successful delivery. Manage
technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle,
ensuring solutions address all product and service delivery
requirements. Document and communicate technical solutions,
facilitating knowledge transfer to customers and teams. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to
align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring
customer satisfaction. Requirements: Fresh graduate with a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as
Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a
related discipline, graduating between January 2025 and December
2027. Familiarity with software project operations and maintenance
processes, as well as basic web technologies (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript) and knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) for data
migration tasks. Basic understanding of OCS systems, with a strong
eagerness to learn and contribute to delivering integration
solutions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork
skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions,
and manage tasks effectively. Adaptability to work in an
international business environment, demonstrating excellent
collaboration skills and cultural awareness. Language Requirements:
Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian. Huawei's
