YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands‑on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Completed vocational training or technical college in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting; prior service experience is a plus
- Familiar with electrical service standards and safety regulations
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills as well as a structured and independent work style
- Valid driving license for class B vehicles
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent English languages skills, other language skills are an advantage
