pIn this role you will define and optimize manufacturing methods to industrialize assemblies, working within Cascina Costa’s Methods team. You will specify production workflows, manage the BOM and tool lists, and develop instructional documentation to guide operators. You’ll monitor KPIs to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, while providing technical guidance and addressing non-conformities.
