About Us For our Italian office in Genoa, we are looking for an EMEA HR Specialist to support the EMEA HR Lead in operational and administrative activities related to Human Resources management. brThe successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. brManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. brCoordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management. brSupport and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs. brCoordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company’s subsidized meal service through the designated platform. brSupport the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration. brAct as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters. brProvide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes. brContribute to local and international HR projects,



as well as employee engagement initiatives. brMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Humanities, or a related field. brMinimum of 4–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational organizations. brGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken. brStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. brFamiliarity with Zucchetti HR software solutions. brProactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. brThe opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment. brDirect involvement in cross-functional and strategic HR projects across the EMEA region. brA collaborative culture focused on innovation, employee well-being, and continuous improvement. br33,000 – €38,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, plus a variable annual premio.
