Experteer Overview

You join SimCorp to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Sofia team, acting as the primary contact for assigned clients and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will drive business development, contract negotiations, and program delivery to ensure client success and revenue growth. The role blends relationship management with project leadership across Consulting, Development, IT, and Business Services. This is an opportunity to shape how clients realize value from SimCorp’s modules and services in a dynamic, international environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Translate targets into action plans to upsell modules and services
- Define pricing structures and SLAs for new contracts and projects
- Prepare commercial offerings, RFIs and RFPs with internal stakeholders
- Participate in customer demos with SimCorp Consultants
- Negotiate renewals and new commercial agreements




- Serve as single point of reference for existing clients beyond Sofia Help Desk
- Promote and sell additional Sofia modules and services
- Lead projects for client initiatives ensuring scope, timing, and quality
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and execution
- Lead State of the Account (SOTA) meetings with clients
- Manage procurement relationships and periodic contractual reporting on SLAs
- Support calculation and validation xysqume of service fees

Responsabilità
