We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Support Team in Italy. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication.
Managing customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation.
Preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents.
Maintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities.
Following up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution.
Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance,



and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order processing.
Preparing reports, forecasts, and sales analysis to support business decisions.
Assisting customers with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Administration, or a similar role.
Experience in finance-related administrative processes and reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English; native proficiency in the local language is required.
Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
