In this role you support the creation and execution of the BU training plan for healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance. You manage hands‐on training programs, masterclasses, congress activities, and KOL development, while coordinating with agencies and ensuring timely delivery. You act as the project‐management reference for third parties and safeguard SOP alignment with compliance and regulatory teams. This role puts you at the center of education strategy, enabling impactful knowledge transfer in a global dermatology company. Retribuzione / Benefits Create and manage the annual BU training and education plan for HCPs Plan, execute and follow up training events (Masterclasses, Hands‐on sessions, congress activities)



Serve as the project‐management reference for agencies and third parties Coordinate with compliance/regulatory/medical teams to ensure SOP‐aligned trainings Handle sample shipment management for training events Support KOL management and development plans for trainings Build development plans for all trainings Responsabilità 4–5 years of work experience Fluent xrdztoy in English Pharmaceutical/Scientific university degree Proven verbal and written communication skills Ability to work cross‐functionally and cross‐culturally Experience on the field with HCPs Strong listening, verbal and written communication High accuracy and multitasking under pressure Networking and relationship management Solid project management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
