Generative Bionics is a deep-tech company building humanoid robot platforms to deploy human-centered Physical AI. We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy.
We are looking for a Head of Operations, responsible for designing, structuring, and governing the company’s operational model and business processes end to end. The Head of Operations coordinates workflows, procedures, and operating standards, defining how the organization operates across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering. The role ensures that strategy is translated into scalable, well-designed processes and effective day-to-day execution, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams as a bridge between strategic direction and operational reality.
Design, document, and continuously evolve end to end business processes across the organization, ensuring efficiency and coherence across functions




Ensure process standardization and drive continuous improvement by leveraging ERP systems and digital tools
Serve as a functional bridge between business teams, operations, and system owners, supporting change management, training and the adoption of new or redesigned processes
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent technical backgrounds
~5–7 years of experience in operational, process engineering or business architecture roles in structured and complex organizational environments
~ Professional proficiency in English
~ Proven experience in designing and governing company wide processes in structured organizations
~ Strong knowledge of ISO-based management systems and quality frameworks (ISO9001)
~ Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar) and PLM tools (PTC Windchill) from a process design perspective
~ Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or deep tech environments
~ Experience in fast growing or scaling o
