Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineers working on networking, security and observability initiatives. You'll partner with tech leads and leadership to guide performance and career growth while maintaining our engineering culture as the team scales. You'll help drive delivery and alignment across cross‐functional teams, shaping high‐quality software for the Cilium project and related solutions. You'll contribute to a collaborative, customer‐focused engineering environment across time zones.

Responsabilità 3+ years of Engineering Management experience
5+ years of Software Development experience (any language)
2+ years of experience with Go
3+ years of Linux, Kubernetes and networking stack
