Experteer Overview Join KPMG Studio Associato's M&A; Tax Team in Bologna to drive tax due diligence, corporate restructurings, and cross‐border tax analyses. You'll evaluate treatment under national and international accounting standards and contribute to tax opinions and rulings. You'll prepare tax returns and support advisory work for extraordinary transactions, collaborating with multi‐disciplinary teams. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape tax strategy in high‐impact deals.
