ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you lead on‑site construction and commissioning activities for renewable projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate subcontractors and external resources under the Project Manager and Construction Manager, driving efficient on‑site execution and timely responses to design changes. You help ensure compliance with design, permits, and regulatory requirements while maintaining cost discipline. and regulatory permits /liliEvaluate potential on‑site design changes and coordinate implementation with Project Engineers /liliManage site logistics and equipment deliveries with the Project Manager /liliControl quality through SAT and address non‑conformities with corrective actions /liliOrganize and lead on‑site coordination meetings and verify weekly work plans /liliProduce and share on‑site progress reports (daily/weekly) highlighting progress, risks, and actions /liliCollaborate with Quality Manager to define and share HSE lessons learned across the country /liliSupport clients on HSE requests included in the Technical Economical Offer /liliEnsure proper onboarding and safety training for contractors on site /liliMaintain high level of HSE KPIs and ensure Emergency Response Plan effectiveness /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliEngineering degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil /liliAt least 5 years of construction site management experience in the energy sector, with at least 2 years in renewable energy /liliKnowledge of renewable energy regulations and safety standards /liliExcellent proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint /liliKnowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is advantageous /liliFluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ullicomprehensive employee benefits including insurance, investment, and incentive plans /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
