Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead Maintenance System Engineering activities for existing rolling stock, interfacing with suppliers and customers to optimize maintenance plans and drive retrofit/modification programs. You will provide high-level engineering support to depot operations, address issues from revenue service, and participate in technical meetings to align with project goals. You’ll report on project KPIs, support risk mitigation, and feed experience into reference solutions to improve future deployments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to greener, smarter mobility within a global, collaborative team.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Optimize maintenance plans for existing rolling stock
- Lead revamps/retrofits/modifications on rolling stock




- Provide high-level engineering support to depot operations to resolve service issues
- Attend technical meetings with project management and customers
- Perform project-level and métier-level reporting (KPIs)
- Support engineering risk mitigation, change order xysqume processes, and QCD optimization
- Provide Return of Experience to be implemented in Reference Solutions

Responsabilità
- More than 2 years in Railways engineering domain
- English & communication skills
- Team-working oriented
- Ability to manage unforeseen events and reorganize work plans
