ppWe are looking for a bTechnical Support Specialist /b to support Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions. /p pThe role focuses on after-sales technical support, remote diagnostics, system deployment, and close collaboration with partners, installers, and internal technical teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 pProvide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, system integrators, installers, and end users /p pAnalyze customer requests and deliver structured, professional technical solutions /p pProgram, deploy, and support smart home and building automation, networking, and security systems (remote and on-site when required) /p pManage and maintain customer technical documentation and product knowledge resources /p pDeliver technical training sessions for installers and system integrators /p pManage support tickets and coordinate on-site actions when necessary /p pHandle RMA (Return Material Authorization)



processes and analyze returned products /p pReport field feedback, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions to the technical department /p pIdentify upselling opportunities for services and products and support the sales network /p h3Requirements /h3 pPrevious experience in technical support, installation, or deployment in smart home, building automation, electrical, HVAC, security, fire, video surveillance, or networking sectors /p pExperience in B2B technical support environments /p pStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills /p pAbility to work methodically and maintain high professional standards under pressure /p pKnowledge of installation processes and project phases /p pExperience with data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation /p pExperience delivering technical training /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
