Experteer Overview

As EHS Safety Engineer you will support Italy-based teams and manage Health & Safety Protection services for the Agrate site, with involvement in Catania and international projects. You will develop and implement HSE programs to assess and minimize risks to employees, the environment, and the community. You will act as a liaison with regulators, investigate incidents, and drive continuous safety improvements. This role offers an opportunity to shape safety programs in a global company and contribute to responsible operations. You will work closely with site management and cross‑functional teams to achieve EH&S; objectives.

- Investigate environmental and safety incidents and lead corrective actions (root cause analysis preferred)

Responsibilities

- Proactive in developing prevention and protection strategies and improving performance
- Experience reporting EH&S; metrics and driving compliance across sites
- Knowledge of current health and safety regulations and environmental technology advancements
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Team collaboration with site functions and management
