ph3Job Description /h3 pAs Turner Townsend continues to grow across Italy, we’re looking for a Finance Administration Specialist to join our team and support the financial and administrative operations of our business. /p pThis is a newly created role offering a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of our growing Italy team. Working closely with local leadership, the Europe Financial Controller, external advisors and international finance colleagues, you’ll help maintain robust financial processes, support compliance requirements and contribute to the continued success of our operations across Milan and Rome. /p pWe’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has a strong understanding of Italian finance and administrative processes, and is keen to develop their career within a global organisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage supplier invoices from receipt through to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. /li liMaintain supplier and client master data, onboarding records and qualification documentation. /li liSupport electronic invoicing activities through the Italian SDI system and monitor invoice flows. /li liLiaise with external accountants on VAT, F24 payments and other statutory compliance requirements. /li liSupport labour cost monitoring, payroll reconcilations and related reporting activities. /li liCoordinate with the Shared Service Centre to support the timely and accurate processing of payments and financial transactions. /li liReconcile financial information across systems, identify discrepancies and support resolution activities.
/li liAssist with month‑end close activities, audit preparation and financial reporting requirements. /li liSupport project teams with administrative documentation and tender‑related submissions. /li liAct as the local point of contact for finance and administration matters, collaborating with colleagues in Italy and across the wider business. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years’ experience in finance administration, accounting, bookkeeping or a similar finance support role. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian accounting, finance and administrative processes. /li liExperience supporting accounts payable, supplier management and financial reconciliations. /li liExperience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. /li liComfortable working independently while collaborating with local and international stakeholders. /li liFluent Italian and good English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li liRegistration under CategorieProtette(Legge 68/99) is required. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pThis position is reserved for candidates registered under bCategorieProtette(Law 68/99) /b.
