About The Role

We're looking for an account executive to join our team and grow into a core commercial role. You'll support the management of our B2B client portfolio, working closely with senior team members to build relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure clients are getting real value from Hercle's solutions. This is a full‑time, permanent role from day one. We’re not looking for someone to shadow; we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and learn fast.



Up to 2–3 years of experience in a commercial or client‑facing role is the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, handling day‑to‑day client requests and maintaining strong working relationships.

- Account Monitoring: Track account health and usage metrics, flagging issues proactively and escalating where needed.

- Internal Coordination: Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Compliance, and Product to resolve client queries and deliver on commitments.

- Commercial Awareness: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to upsell conversations alongside senior team members.

- Reporting: Help maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to regular account performance reporting.

Requirements

- Up to 2–3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or a related commercial role

- Genuine interest in fintech, digital assets, or financial services

- Strong organisational skills: you can manage multiple clients and requests without dropping the ball

- Clear communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable engaging with professional B2B clients

- Proactive attitude: you spot problems before they become issues and take initiative





- Comfortable working with data and CRM tools and AI automation tools

- Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus

Nice to Have

- First exposure to B2B environments, even through internships or short experiences

- Familiarity with payments, crypto, or regulated financial services

- Experience in a startup or fast‑moving team

- Comfortable with AI automation tools
