Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health. /ppWithin this mission, the Campus Development and Facility Management Department at HT is expanding and seeking a professional with specific expertise in the design, implementation and management of Data Centre, ICT and telecommunications (TLC) infrastructure. /ph3Your mission /h3pAs a Data Centre ICT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the design and implementation of Campus infrastructures align with the ICT requirements of both the Research area and the ICT Department, including data storage and high-performance computing (HPC) facilities. /ppYou will be also part of the development team for the realization of new buildings to complete the Research Campus and will report directly to the Design, Authorization and Verification Manager. /ppHuman Technopole, located in Milan MIND Area and counts more than 20.000 sqm of complex building infrastructures, highly technological laboratories and services. The next stage of development will double the current size and will open multiple services to other national institutions. /ph3Grow Your Skills /h3ulliYou will enhance your professional skills by: /liliPeriodically collecting, prioritizing and validating specifications and requirements from ICT and Research area and discuss them with the line manager. /liliTranslating ICT Department strategies and technical requirements into campus infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment between technology needs and facility development. /liliProposing minimum technical standards, innovative approaches and flexible infrastructure design to support the evolution of ICT/TLC services /liliCollaborating with the RD team within the relevant field of expertise.



/liliMaintaining regular communication with stakeholders for information or change management. /liliContributing to the preparation of technical specifications for ICT/TLC infrastructure and related supporting systems. /liliSetting up the multi-year ICT/TLC infrastructure implementation plan to be integrated into Campus Development long-term design, construction and maintenance plan, based on ICT Department strategies and requirements, and ensuring the delivery of the supporting campus infrastructure.Ensuring coherence and integration across procedures and sub-projects (timing, overlap, ownership). /liliPlanning and managing procurement requests for necessary works, supplies, and services to design and implement new ICT/TLC infrastructures or to revamp existing ones. /liliOverseeing ICT/TLC infrastructure implementation, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and project constraints from feasibility to construction. /liliConducting site measurements and inspections during construction phases. /liliSupporting the definition and implementation of design modifications during construction, providing technical assistance to project and construction teams. /li liAssisting with authorization and certification processes (e.g., Data Centre TIER certifications). /li liSupporting CDFM and ICT execution teams during commissioning and routine infrastructure management with FM Team. /li liMaintaining organized and up-to-date technical documentation for ICT/TLC infrastructure. /li liDeveloping maintenance plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical specifications for ICT/TLC infrastructure. /li liSupporting the definition of the Building Management System (BMS) architecture, including system topology, hardware/software requirements,



server deployment and integration with the ICT infrastructure, in collaboration with the ICT Department. /li liProviding technical support during internal and external audits. Human Technopole supports career development through training, mentoring and dedicated learning opportunities. /li /ulh3Essential /h3h3What you'll bring /h3ulliEngineering Degree (Telecommunication, Automation or related field) or relevant experience. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in complex ICT/TLC infrastructure or Data Centres. /li liKnowledge of ICT frameworks, networking and security standards management. /li liExperience in the design and/or development of Data Centres. /li liFluency in Italian (both written and spoken). /li liProficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ul liPrevious experience in research/hospital/university environments. /li liPrevious experiences with BIM-managed projects. /li /ulh3Organizational and social skills /h3ulliEfficient coordination and monitoring of activities; /li liStrong customer focus, with the ability to understand and address end-user needs; /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liDemonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute effectively within a team environment; /li liOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders. /li /ulh3Why Human Technopole /h3pHT offers an international and dynamic workplace, competitive welfare provisions, flexible working policies and relocation support.
