Experteer Overview

As Director of Human Resources, you drive property-level HR strategy aligned with brand and business goals. You lead talent management, succession and workforce planning, performance development, and ensure efficient use of HR technology to support the property. You work closely with the executive committee to translate priorities into HR actions that improve retention, leadership capability, and cost control. You act as a change agent for initiatives with high employee impact, shaping a positive and high-performing culture. This role offers a strategic, independent, impact-focused opportunity within EDITION Hotels and Marriott International.

- Translate business priorities into property HR strategies, plans and actions
- Lead succession planning and assess leadership pipeline at property and market levels
- Oversee talent acquisition, staffing decisions, and recruitment processes




- Manage compensation strategy and total compensation programs
- Ensure HR staff competency, training, and employee relations support
- Monitor and optimize use of myHR and HR processes at property
- Serve on property executive committee, communicating HR results and owner priorities
- Champion engagement initiatives and diversity xysqume strategies
- Implement and sustain HR initiatives at the property
- Act as change manager for high-impact HR projects

Responsabilità
- 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years HR/operations experience OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years HR/operations experience
