ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will support asset management activities for the South Italy center, focusing on developing strategies and evaluating financial performance. You will work alongside cross‑functional teams to build business plans, model cash flows, and run scenario analyses to drive value across assets. You will coordinate Project Management, Property Management, letting, and reporting to monitor performance against targets. Property Management and Agency activities /liliCoordinate rental activities for vacant or renegotiated spaces via internal Letting functions and external brokers /liliProduce reports on asset portfolio performance and monitor performance targets /liliSupport Accounting in costs/revenues analysis and budget deviations /liliDevelop increasing autonomy in analyses and decision support /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Architecture or Economics /liliMaster's degree in Real Estate is a plus /lili0-2 years of experience in related roles /liliExcellent knowledge of English /liliExcellent use of Office (Excel, PowerPoint) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
