Application Support Analyst - German speaker (f/m/d)

In this Global Integration Analyst role, you will support launching top brands onto our Network by delivering high-level technical integration support during implementation. You’ll bridge client marketing and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of bespoke online tracking technology aligned with campaign specs. The position is hybrid with regular in-office days, emphasizing clear communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving at scale. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, globally distributed team and have opportunities to grow within the company and domain.

- Provide detailed technical integration support during client onboarding onto the Network
- Act as a clear liaison, translating technical guidance between clients and internal teams
- Identify and resolve setup errors quickly and propose solutions
- Negotiate improvements for suboptimal configurations to meet targets




- Contribute to monthly integration targets and perform over-performance where possible
- Review teammates’ work for technical sign-off
- Report platform issues/bugs and eliminate appropriately
- Maintain and administer a knowledge base for internal and external use
- Deliver high-level training to internal colleagues
- Test new developments and features
- Adapt to evolving role scope to gain broader knowledge of online and affiliate markets
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and their use
- Fluent English and German (C1+)
- Strong analytical skills with big-picture thinking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including customer service experience
- Continuous improvement mindset for productivity and quality
- Self-motivated, self-starter with process discipline
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Team-oriented collaboration
- IT-related degree or relevant work experience
