As FP&A; Analyst, you drive financial planning and performance analysis for the European Personal & Home Care unit. You partner with Area Sales Managers to ensure accurate weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting, and decision-ready insights. You own data integrity across systems to support OTIF and cross-functional decision-making. This role offers visibility into commercial performance and opportunities to influence budgeting and working capital initiatives in Northern and Eastern Europe.

Weekly and monthly forecasting to support senior managers
Support Area Sales Managers with commercial reporting and analysis
Populate and analyze month-end reports to enable focused commercial actions
Conduct gap analysis, risk and opportunities, and expenses reporting
Sales force effectiveness and working capital reviews,



including unproductive inventory and FTE reporting
Ad hoc queries (ROWC, aged stock, pricing, opportunity pipeline) and compliance with data protection regulations
Responsibilities

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Experience in FP&A;, finance, or business analysis
Strong ability to present results and challenge performance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills xysqume
Experience with SAP and Tableau is an advantage
Excellent analytical, leadership, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive change
Ability to coordinate across teams and influence without direct authority
