Purpose of the position: As Civil Works and Building Superintendent, you will be part of the Construction Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Organise, coordinate and control the execution of the civil works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring,
ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments,
overseeing the availability of the construction manpower, materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule
Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, corporate and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.
What are we looking for?
Education: Surveyor Diploma or / and Civil Engineering Degree
Experience: Proven experience in the role
Languages:
English Knowledge Level B2
Technical/IT Skills: Microsoft Office
What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel in Livorno, assigned to the the Bioraffineria.
What can we offer to you:
Fixed term Contract – CCNL Energia e Petrolio/Metalmeccanico
For home office contract: Pay not lower than 43.000,00 €
Location: Livorno, Italy
