product lifecycle and global business processes — this is your opportunity. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Senior Specialist Requirements Engineering Configurator, you will shape and validate the configuration logic and product changes needed for global product releases. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p ul liSpecification, clarification and validation of product and system configuration rules based on Product Owner requirements, RD input, and commercial supply‑chain specifications for global product lines. /li liReview, prioritize and approve/reject product change requests, including clarifications for electrical components and system dependencies. /li liMonitoring change management, following up Product Changes and Sprint implementation and supporting stakeholder communication within the Configurator (CPQ) team and across the end‑to‑end value chain /li liExtended testing of configuration changes (positive and negative specifications) /li liPropose and execute continuous improvements within the configuration environment /li /ul h3What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
/h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent (Computer Science or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering oriented); /li liProven experience in the elevator industry (or similar industry) — 3+ years. /li liStrong analytical knowledge and understanding of configuration logics — 3+ years. /li liExperience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or similar modeling environment as an advantage; SAP VC knowledge beneficial — 2+ years. /li liAdvanced knowledge of IT systems and good understanding of business processes related to offer and order fulfilment — 2+ years. /li liAbility to communicate effectively across multicultural environments. /li liEnglish — C2 (Proficient). /li /ul h3Qualifications That Will Strengthen Your Profile (Nice to Have) /h3 ul liCamos Develop and broader CPQ knowledge. /li liExperience with task change management tools (e.G., Jira, PCM Integrity). /li liKnowledge of SAP Variant Configuration and related SAP modules (MM, SD). /li liFamiliarity with CRM tools (SAP CRM, Salesforce or similar). /li liProficiency with Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). /li /ul pJoin us and be part of a global company that values innovation, collaboration and continuous professional growth. /p h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt Schindler Group we value inclusion and diversity, and practice equity to create equal opportunities for all.
