within the travel industry . This role is ideal for individuals who
enjoy assisting others, communicating clearly, and delivering
high-quality service throughout the travel planning process. In
this position, you will help respond to customer inquiries, provide
travel-related information, and support a positive customer
experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Respond to
customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Assist
customers with travel-related questions and general support Provide
accurate information regarding destinations, policies, and
procedures Maintain professional, courteous, and timely
communication Follow company service standards and operational
guidelines Document customer interactions as required
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to
work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using
computers and online systems Detail-oriented with a customer-first
