In this role, you will influence the technical vision and build scalable cloud-native back‑end systems for LodgeLink’s workforce travel platform. You join an agile, collaborative team to solve complex problems and drive reliable, high‑performance software. You’ll mentor peers, raise engineering quality, and craft tools to accelerate development. The opportunity centers on scaling the platform for growth while maintaining robustness and speed, shaping the future of crew travel tech.

Responsabilità
- 7+ years of software development lifecycle experience
- Mastery of SDLC, SOLID, architecture principles, TDD/BDD, and clean code
- 5+ years with GoLang, gRPC, microservices, and NoSQL (assets)
- Experience with API‑first approach and loosely coupled, domain‑driven architectures
- Strong background in cloud‑based xysqume architecture and automated release pipelines
- Commitment to managing technical debt and improving processes
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
