As a Plastic Technologist Engineer at Technogym, you will define standards for materials, processes and systems, and design plastic parts to meet performance, safety and sustainability goals. You will work with R&D;, Quality and Production to ensure feasibility and alignment with internal standards, while driving continuous improvement. You will manage documentation, training and evaluate new technologies to keep our plastic capabilities cutting-edge. This role combines engineering rigor with cross-functional collaboration to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality solutions that support our fitness and health innovation mission.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Define and maintain technical standards for materials, processes, and systems
- Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend updates to existing standards
- Design and develop plastic parts and assemblies
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, extrusion,



thermoforming)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and alignment with internal standards
- Conduct testing and validation of plastic components to meet performance and safety requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and material performance

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering xysqume (or related field)
- Proven experience in plastic technology and manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of CAD software and simulation tools
- Familiarity with international standards and regulations for plastic components
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with sustainable materials and recycling technologies
- Knowledge of mold design and tooling
- Project management capabilitiesLeadership
