This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven retail leader to join a prestigious brand renowned for its strong creative vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and loyal international clientele. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppAs Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the boutique's overall performance, ensuring an elevated client experience, driving commercial success, and developing a high-performing team. You will act as a true ambassador for the brand while maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the business. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDrive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong leadership and commercial focus /liliLead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to maximise individual and collective performance. /liliFoster a client-centric culture with a strong emphasis on clienteling and long-term relationship building. /liliAnalyse KPIs and implement action plans to continuously improve results. /liliDevelop relationships with local and international VIP clientele. /liliEnsure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards. /liliManage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews. /liliMaintain the highest standards of presentation,
