ph3(R) Vehicle Motion Component Development Project Engineer /h3pSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /ppIn this role you will drive the development of Vehicle Motion components within the PEP framework, coordinating budgets, timing, requirements, and validation plans. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to achieve targets in quality, cost, and performance, while ensuring alignment with company standards and roadmap. The position offers exposure to high‑level engine projects and hands‑on lifecycle management in a premier automotive setting. You will collaborate closely with the Vehicle Motion Energy Management leadership to shape component development at scale. /pulliRelocation allowance (if applicable) /liliCompany canteen /liliFlexible hours /liliCoordinate Vehicle Motion/Powertrain component development across the product lifecycle /liliLead cross‑functional teams to meet quality, cost, timing and performance targets /liliManage Product Development Process (PEP) activities and track milestones /liliMonitor timing, engineering releases and component delivery plans /liliDefine and track system budgets, investments, and weight/cost targets /liliPlan validation activities including FMEA, DVP,



bench and vehicle tests /liliAllocate resources across multiple projects and vehicle programs /liliDrive issue resolution and change management to close technical concerns /liliOversee BOM management, cost optimization, and support vehicle build /liliPrepare project status reports and present updates to management and stakeholders /liliDegree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering /lili4–5 years of automotive OEM experience /liliProject management experience in high‑performance teams /liliExcellent knowledge of Office tools /liliMATLAB knowledge considered a plus /liliExperience in engine component development from concept to production (design, test, production) /liliExperience leading multiple large engine projects with multi‑million euro budgets /liliSystems design and development knowledge /liliExperience in component release management and problem solving /liliFluent English; Italian and German helpful /li /ulpIn this role you will drive the development of Vehicle Motion components within the PEP framework, coordinating budgets, timing, requirement… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
