Experteer Overview

As an Area Manager, you will drive economic targets and turnover across Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria & Sicilia. You will coordinate with stores and HQ to ensure policy alignment, safety, and HR processes, while developing local talent and store performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to adapt national strategy to regional needs, analyze market dynamics, and strengthen brand partnerships. A high-visibility role at Sephora, shaping growth across multiple markets in a dynamic environment.

- Achieve regional financial targets and grow area turnover
- Ensure proper implementation of Group policies, prices, and promotions across stores
- Act as safety authority and oversee employees' health and safety
- Collaborate with HRBP Retail to manage store HR policies and career paths
- Support Store Managers and promote store development
- Monitor area KPIs using provided management tools (sales, profits, KPIs)
- Adapt national commercial strategy to local market needs
- Coordinate with Training Department to develop retail staff expertise




- Manage relationships with Brands to execute commercial activities
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform new strategies with Sales Director and team
- Maintain an active Sephora Community presence on social media
- Represent Sephora in external relations and employer branding events
- Participate in HQ projects across departments

Responsabilità
- 5/7 years as Area Manager in dynamic, international environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Results‑oriented xysqume with proven ability to meet targets
- Excellence orientation and strong stakeholder relationship abilities
- Resilience to operate in a fast‑paced environment
- Advanced level of Italian and English
- Experience in HR processes collaboration and area development
