ppLocation: Mogliano Veneto (TV), Italy /p pWork Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week /p pEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-Time /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Mogliano Veneto (Treviso area), supporting the company's strategy for critical neurology products. /p pThis role focuses on the design and development of medical desktop applications, contributing to software solutions that play a key role in improving patient outcomes and supporting clinicians. You will work in a regulated environment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDesign and develop software components for medical desktop applications /liliSupport the delivery of software aligned to critical neurology product strategy /liliContribute across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) /liliCreate and execute low-level test plans, ensuring robustness and reliability of software components /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, Regulatory, Product Management) /liliEnsure compliance with medical device standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485 where applicable) /liliApply best practices in software design, coding standards, testing, and documentation /liliParticipate in risk management, verification, and validation activities /liliMentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture /li /ul h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 ulliMinimum 5+ years' experience in software engineering /liliStrong programming experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java,
