In this role you will deliver advanced on-site technical support and specialized service to customers in the Industrial Automation unit. You will manage repairs, inspections, maintenance, and warranty cases while coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll build strong customer relationships and provide on-site guidance, training, and reports to support ongoing service quality. This position offers impact across global service operations and the opportunity to contribute to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilità
- Industrial Mechanic training or equivalent technical qualification (Electrical and basic PLC knowledge)
- Professional experience as a Service Technician
- Proficiency in English
- Professional demeanor and negotiation skills
