Experteer Overview

In this role, you help clients unlock value through strategic deal work within KPMG’s Deal Strategy team. You’ll engage with lenders, shareholders and managers to assess targets, quantify value levers, and support pre- and post-deal activities. You collaborate across functions to shape strategy, due diligence, and integration plans, leveraging digital tools to drive insight. This position offers exposure to complex M&A; projects, with emphasis on value creation and execution.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Business & Strategic Planning with C-level executives to define improvement actions and quantify impact
- Business & Commercial Due Diligence analysing market dynamics and competition for potential targets
- Identification and review of synergies in pre- and post-deal phases; supporting tracking models
- Synergy assessment and execution from quantification to implementation and tracking
- Integration & Separation Management Office tasks including Day 1 Readiness and Target Operating Model definitions

Responsabilità




- 2/3 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy/business development within industry
- Master in Business; post-graduate courses in data science, business analytics, or digital innovation are a plus
- Strong interest in pre- and post-M&A; deal activities
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English xysqume
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI and Qlik) preferred
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
