Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive manufacturing process design and optimization for new product startups at Technogym HQ. You will work within the Process Engineering Team to coordinate internal and external resources, aiming to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective production. You will shape factory layouts, assembly lines, and internal logistics, enabling scalable product manufacturing. The role offers cross‑functional collaboration across departments and a chance to impact the company’s manufacturing excellence and Lean initiatives. You will operate in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to Technogym’s mission to deliver innovative wellness solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead new product startup efforts from a process perspective
- Define and implement manufacturing processes prioritizing safety, quality, and cost
- Design factory and assembly line layouts




- Define internal logistic flows
- Define production Standard Time
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Management) or Technical Diploma
- Experience in new product startup
- Experience xysqume in assembly process
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC, 6)
- Experience in production standard time definition
- Excel proficiency
- Autocad / CAD proficiency
- Team player with strong leadership
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Wilingness for national and international travel
