and other end-user equipment /lili Handle password resets and basic Active Directory tasks /lili Configure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity /lili Log, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system /lili Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams /lili Ensure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements /li /ul pb Required Skills Experience: /b /pulli1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support xrdbqlu / IT Support /lili Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment /lili Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) /lili Experience with Active Directory and user account management /lili Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /lili Strong communication and customer service skills /lili Ability to work independently in an on-site environment /li /ul /p /p
