Experteer Overview

In this role you enable customers to maximize the value of Beckman Coulter’s microbiology solutions. You’ll perform instrument demonstrations, installations, and training, while solving clinical application problems and providing technical support to Sales Representatives. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to protect and grow business, drive customer satisfaction, and continuously improve processes. This position offers meaningful impact by helping labs realize efficient, accurate diagnostic workflows within a global leader and its Danaher ecosystem.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Perform pre-sales and post-sales demonstrations, training on instrument operation and maintenance, and installation assistance
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to protect, maintain, and grow installed base and communicate with management




- Communicate technical and clinical information to ensure proficient instrument use in appropriate applications
- Drive continuous improvement of activities and processes that add value for customers and the business
- Monitor customer satisfaction, adjust priorities, and develop solutions to meet new needs
- Manage existing accounts and exceed sales growth targets for instruments xysqume and reagents

Responsabilità
- Master Degree in Biomedical or equivalent (Microbiology Master preferred)
- 2+ years clinical laboratory experience or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 85% with driving license required
- Proficiency in English and Italian, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
