compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditions /liliOrganize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POs /liliEstablish corresponding contractual documents: purchase orders, etc… /liliEnsure the follow-up of purchase orders until complete reception and payment /liliEnsure rapid and correct validation of PO’s /liliEnsure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO’s from suppliers /liliEnsure Suppliers’ deliveries on time /liliFollow-up of goods receipt until affiliate’s central warehouse. /liliNegotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractors /liliClarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliers /liliAdhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP) /li /ulh3Profil du candidat /h3pWe offer a one-year employment contract through a staffing agency /pulliMaster’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering /liliInternational exposure /liliPrevious experience in purchasing goods and/or services in the petroleum industry will be a plus /liliInterpersonal skills, problem solving, planning and organization /liliEnglish and Italian mandatory /li /ulh3Informations supplémentaires /h3pTotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
