Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you drive end-to-end cost management for projects within Turner & Townsend’s Cost Management division in Italy. You’ll work closely with project teams to estimate, monitor and report costs, while identifying risks and optimizing budgets. You’ll negotiate contracts and foster strong supplier and client relationships to deliver value. The role offers fast progression and ownership of projects in a supportive, professional environment.

- Oversee the full cost management process from budgeting to project closeout
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and report finances
- Conduct cost analyses and recommend budget optimization strategies
- Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and enforce cost control measures
- Identify risks,



propose mitigations, and monitor implementation
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to improve cost efficiency
- 5 years experience in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres (CM) or 10+ years (SCM)
- Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
- Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications
- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
- Collaborative, client- and stakeholder-facing
- Strong organizational, listening and communication skills
- Proven cost/commercial management experience, preferably in consultancy
