ph3The opportunity /h3 pFor our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Project Engineer who will focus on high voltage switchgears. This role is responsible for design assignments cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification. Contribute to design reviews and design verification, modify design as necessary; /li liEvaluate, select and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments. Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities. Prepare project documentation within one’s scope of deliverables; /li liAssist in preparing proposal of engineering projects (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, etc.); /li liSupport Contract Managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.). Provide quality solutions as per customer requirements and deliver within budget and contract. Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks; /li liCreate work plans in own area of responsibility and ensure quality deliverables on time and within targeted cost. Improve effectiveness of work plan in collaboration with other functions; /li liAssist customers on technical issues, interact with official contacts, contractors and other staff within his/her scope of deliverables.



Assist communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings; /li liCollaborate with the Supply Chain function to ensure that technical requirements for equipment or services are communicated and agreed on with potential suppliers. Provide technical evaluation of supplier proposals, and accept as fit for purpose supplied equipment or services; /li liUse standard processes and tools applicable to one’s area of responsibility. Ensure that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements. Report processes and tools inefficiencies and suggest improvements ideas- /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Technical Diploma; /li li3 years of experience in a similar role; /li liFluency in English and Italian; /li liGood knowledge of CREO (or similar design tools); /li liKnowledge of SAP is a plus; /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
