ABOUT THE ROLE You will join a long-term initiative in collaboration with a globally recognized industry leader. The project focuses on advancing physical AI and multi-fleet management systems , aimed at significantly enhancing the performance and efficiency of outdoor vehicles. brThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and real-world hardware , where solutions go beyond simulation into practical application. The team is involved not only in building new capabilities but also in retrofitting existing systems with intelligent components , bringing innovation to already deployed equipment. brCandidarsi per questo ruolo è facile. Define and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs)brDesign scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem brLead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems brEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across the robotics team brEvaluate, select, and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stack brDrive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decisions brArchitect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems brEnsure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical components brOversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar brCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goals brEngage with clients through workshops,



technical discussions, and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery)brDegree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field brProven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design brExpert proficiency in C++ and/or Python, building production-grade robotics software brStrong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices brHands-on experience across robotics domains (mobile robots, arms, drones, autonomous systems brDeep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., Experience with simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar)brStrong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-design brFamiliarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipelines brKnowledge of industrial/embedded xrdbqlu ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA)brExperience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environments brStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundation brProven experience in technical pre-sales (solution design, workshops, client engagement)brLeadership experience, mentoring engineers, and guiding technical direction brAdvanced English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction brQualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of race, color, ancestry, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, citizenship, disability, health condition, marital or family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
