In this role you will assess Avio Aero’s competitiveness and align market needs with our technical roadmap. You will support go-to-market activities and coordinate with multiple functions to shape value propositions. You will analyze customer requirements, benchmark the competition, and translate insights into marketing and product releases. The position offers exposure to strategy, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration at scale, with a focus on delivering impactful market intelligence. You will contribute to shaping strategic roadmaps and launch plans that drive growth.

- Coordinate with marketing, sales, technology, operations,
and service teams to drive product initiatives
- Document business cases, VOC, value, and prioritization for marketing requirements
- Define requirements for early product releases and tollgates
Responsabilità
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of aircraft engines market and adjacencies
- Curiosity for AI and new technologies
- Structured problem solving and strategic thinking
- Ability to work fast and collaboratively
- Ability to simplify complexity xysqume in presentations and documents
- Technical mindset to understand product trends and value proposition
- Understanding of microeconomics and corporate accounting
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Work visa as required by local regulations
