ph3Digital Transformation Workplace Experience Internship /h3pLocation: Milano, IT /ppWe are looking for a bDigital Transformation Workplace Experience Intern /b who will join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to strategic digital transformation projects across the company. The role focuses on two key areas: bIntelligent automation of administrative and legal processes /b and bEnhancement of Workplace Experience across company sites /b. This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to the evolution of internal digital services. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3h3Digital Transformation (focus on AI Process Automation) /h3ulliSupport the development of a group-wide PEC process automation project using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence /liliAnalyze current workflows (receipt, classification, routing, archiving) to identify optimization opportunities /liliContribute to the definition of automated workflows and intelligent document routing logic /liliSupport requirements gathering and coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, GBS) and external partners /liliMonitor performance KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement /li /ulh3Workplace Experience Digital Services /h3ulliSupport the development and launch of a new digital application for employee services (e.g. ticketing, facility requests, workplace services) /liliContribute to the mapping of services across Italian and international locations /liliAssist in the design of user experience (UX) and app user flows /liliSupport vendor and service management (e.g. maintenance, cleaning,
