We are looking for the Responsible AI Lead, Technology – Digital Engineering

Role Overview

The successful candidate will join a cross-functional technology and governance team, collaborating with engineering, product, data, privacy and security stakeholders to help integrate Responsible AI principles into the design, development and deployment of AI solutions. The role combines advisory, governance and compliance responsibilities, supporting AI risk management, model oversight and the adoption of trustworthy AI practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI governance frameworks, policies, standards and best practices for the responsible use of AI technologies.
- Support Responsible AI assessments to identify, evaluate and mitigate potential ethical, legal and operational risks.
- Work closely with technical and business teams to promote transparency, explainability, robustness and accountability throughout the AI development lifecycle.
- Perform model governance activities, including evaluation of fairness, robustness, traceability, documentation quality and compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate governance activities across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, product, data governance, privacy and information security.




- Review and assess third-party AI solutions and externally developed models to ensure alignment with organizational governance requirements.
- Support risk assessments related to the adoption and integration of external AI services and technologies.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on Responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance and AI risk management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Around 2+ years of experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, AI risk management, AI development or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles and ethical considerations in the development and deployment of AI systems.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and its implications for AI solutions.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act and broader AI regulatory developments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Law, Ethics, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
