ppRINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Controller to join its office in Rome within the Division. /ph3Mission /h3pWe're hiring a Junior Project Controller to support the delivery of complex projects in the Space and Defense sectors. The selected candidate will work primarily at the premises of our clients, contributing to the coordination and monitoring of project activities to ensure that objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves supporting planning activities, aligning resources, tracking progress, and helping to resolve operational issues, always ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration across all parties involved. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliSupport the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and deliverables. /liliCoordinate day-to-day activities and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery. /liliAct as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication. /liliAssist in defining resource needs, assigning tasks, and supporting team coordination. /liliContribute to budget tracking and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. /liliIdentify project risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions. /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations. /liliMaintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular reporting activities.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pMaster’s Degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli2-3 years of experience managing medium-complexity projects or multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery. /liliSolid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and resource coordination across disciplines. /liliProven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, assigning tasks effectively based on skills and roles. /liliGood understanding of engineering principles and ability to collaborate with technical experts to ensure accurate integration of technical inputs. /liliProficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera); familiarity with engineering tools is a plus. /liliStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. /liliEnglish B2. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /liliWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /liliINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others.
