pb ROLE SUMMARY /bp Leads group-level indirect procurement across defined categories, translating group procurement strategy into clear objectives and category plans that deliver measurable value. Analyses and shares market trends, and ensures transparent reporting to continuously improve cost, quality, and service. /pp Scopra esattamente quali competenze, esperienze e qualifiche sono necessarie per avere successo in questo ruolo prima di candidarsi. brpb MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: /b /pulli Translate Group Procurement strategy into actionable category plans and support Emmi Group companies across key indirect spend categories (Professional Services, Temporary Labor, Marketing and ICT), ensuring effective execution and value delivery, with a primary focus on supporting Emmi Desserts Italia (EDITA). /lili Act as International Lead Buyer (ILB) for Professional Services, Human Resources, ICT, and Marketing services and solutions. /lili Coach and support other ILBs in defining and executing multi-year indirect category strategies; perform ILB duties directly for assigned categories where applicable. /lili Identify, plan, and implement cross-entity synergies (demand bundling, specification harmonization, supplier consolidation, shared contract frameworks) to maximize value and standardize practices across Emmi companies. /lili Build and continuously optimize the group indirect procurement organization, capabilities, methods, and talent development, with a dotted line to the relevant ILB for ILB-specific activities.

/lili Ability to manage tenders and lead complex negotiations. /lili Knowledge of risk management, quality management, and supply chain management. /lili Familiarity with key procurement tools and methodologies (Category Strategy, TCO, Make-or-Buy, Should-Cost Analysis). /lili Interest in and exposure to international markets and business environments. /li /ul pb ROLE REQUIREMENTS: /b /pulli Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, International Trade, Procurement, or Marketing; or equivalent technical/commercial training in a relevant field (Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing). /lili8–12 years of overall professional experience in procurement or supply chain. /lili Full proficiency in English.
