Contract
Full-time, permanent
Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sector
Main tasks and responsibilities

- The candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers in target companies
- Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities
- Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs
- Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market • Regularly review KPIs for your processes
- Work on the team’s P&L; management, as well as forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities. xysqume
- Maintain frequent customer relationships through on‑site visits (approx. 60% of the time)
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation
